For me is after being granted a late checkout, unable to open door to room after standard checkout time...then have to go back down to reception! Another one is (on the rare occasion I let the porter take my bags), takes forever to deliver bags to room.

Not seeing any award La flights on the longhaul even up to a year in advance, and nada between Scl and Eze / Aep. I remember seeing La flights a couple of months ago but currently nada on any date / route with Qf pts so wondering if La flights have benn pulled...

Is it still possible to book LA flights with QF points? I can only see: KL 702 Scl 1240 Eze 1435 and KL 701 Eze 0855 Scl 1110 Between Syd and Scl only occasionally see QF 27/28, never the La flights :(
