I find the seats in Emirates to become extremely uncomfortable after a few hours Y class seat width 43cm to 45.5 (17 to 18 inches) J class seat width 46.99cm to 50cm (18.5 to 20.5 inches) I don't rate EK J class seating at all. Plus there is also 3 across in the middle :eek:

Virgin FF is a right mess. Points never posted, did a missing points claim. Points still aren't in my Virgin account and l did put my Virgin FF number in and was on my boarding pass. Virgin and Qantas points posting is like comparing Apples v Oranges.

I think the connection is 10 or 12 hours, flying in Y (probably cheapest bucket).

Have someone doing similar (BUD-DXB-BNE) soon with a very long connection. Tried looking on EK's Manage My Booking, but nothing is showing up for Dubai Connect. Is it best to just ask a check-in in BUD? Ticket was purchased using cash, all EK flight numbers.
