Flew QF BNE-SIN today, QF points/SC already posted. QF are crediting within 6 hours of landing, Virgin is struggling to post within 6 days... There is something very wrong with Virgin. Are they using Microsoft XP or something from the Stone Age...??? Pigeons?

Great. Thank you. My total carry on bag usually comes in around 6.8kg (including MacBook Air). Just want to be sure if the scales are out sometimes and l can take it out and still have room to play with.

Well, if they don't honor what you paid for originally, then you should be entitled to a partial refund or compensation for an inferior product - which sounds like QF aren't willing to do. Hey, l purchased a Porsche, but received a Hyundai....

I would have done this as well. As others have said, it looks like QF is throwing their weight around and a JQ flight should be an 'option', not 'forced' upon the customer.

Haven't done multi-segments with VA, but their website is so coughbersome. Let's say you log in to find a booking, by the time you find it you'll have, at a minimum, 3 tabs open in Chrome. Want to add your FF # to a booking, whoops - round we go for 10 minutes trying to find it. Get a work...

I think VA really need to spend some money on their IT systems. QF is leaps and bounds ahead of VA.

There were dressings, but not for Caesar Salad. I think balsamic and a honey/wholegrain mustard mayo type - none of which were really suitable for the Caesar Salad
