Happened several times even on orders that show all items in stock, because the store that fullfills the order may sell out of the items by the time the order is fullfilled. Web chat with a rewards team has always resolved that for me and points were manually credited.

I concur with PF - I have done an open jaw using a voucher over the phone, the fee was suggested but waived as soon as I mentioned it couldn't be done online.

I personally enjoyed J meals on this route (sept 2016). They did change the J menu recently, and my favourite chicken schnitzel sandwich is no longer offered on QF2, only QF1. But other than that, all was very tasty. I personally find the catering out of SYD doing a better job (by Q catering)...
