I see no reason why this doesn't begin in Jan or Feb 2022. If NSW hits 80% in late October - they can begin taking in overseas arrivals in home quarantine from November and that gives them two months to assess how many fully jabbed arrivals test positive - but if you hit 80 or 85% fully jabbed -...
