    Coles gift card offers

Yes, there are a few angles which you could look at this. Without going too deep, the $2 fee for $150 would translate to: - 150 SQ miles; or - 225 VS / VA / Avios / CX mile. Which would further translate to 1.3c per SQ mile, or 0.9c per VS / VA / CX / Avios . This is good enough for me, and...

    Coles gift card offers

1: I don't know why you say 2 x $250, you can buy 5. 2: I am not understanding how you got the "525" and "514". Anyway, these are just cost recovery exercises to cover the $5 or $7 activation fee, I don't really care about these. What I care is max of 5 cards per account, since the bonus...

    Coles gift card offers

I don't bother with $100, only $250. From my point of view, it's only $2 difference, why wouldn't you buy more points for only $2 more? Pay with Edge card, then use these cards for paying council / Sniip / etc, as these are prepaid cards so they attract lower surcharge at a lot of places, like...

Review of Retail Payments Regulation – First Phase Merchant Card Payment Costs and Surcharging October 2024 These people in RBA are living in la la land. I am sending a submission for sure on this. Below are some of points mentioned in the PDF, which makes me really angry. Page 8: Yes, how...

You are in a country town, it wasn't like there were people fighting over them. You got so many on the shelf. Why being a PITA? Especially when I came to your country town on a timetabled bus. I don't even understand 😪

    Woolworths gift card thread

Just went to a country town on public transport (timetabled bus). Took 4 cards, and the staff said 2 per member, so I said 2 for my friend, and the staff still went "No", then took them from me. 😪 You are in a country town, it's not like you have people fighting over them. 😒

AFF Review: Thai AirAsia A320 Economy Class (DMK-LPQ)

"Uncle Chin’s chicken rice" Does Uncle Roger approve Uncle Chin’s chicken rice? 🙈 "If you’re planning to buy anything on board, just beware that Thai AirAsia only accepts cash payments." I wonder if they have a cash change safe installed in the aircraft? 🙊

Yes in theory, no in real life. Say it's a good idea to the people who can't log in and get their money out.

No, not ING, they have monthly hoops for you to jump thru in order to get free forex. Get uBank (actually don't because of passkey), or Suncorp, or refer AFF guide.

Cash or Card? Countries where you still need cash.

Which takes us back to the thread title. Kakao Taxi takes foreign cards. Grandma takes foreign cards. EV chargers don't take foreign cards. None of the major transport cards (Tmoney Cashbee) take foreign cards. The most important things don't take foreign cards, everything else do. Nuts.

ICN Taxi options - cash or card

Are you arriving into ICN, sleep overnight, then fly out via Gimpo next day? That's what I did only 3 / 4 weeks ago. I got Ibis Ambassador ICN to price match and price beat Agoda, ended up paying AUD 80 for the night, then took Airport Railroad direct from ICN to GMP the next morning to catch...

ICN Taxi options - cash or card

There are really only 2 major taxi networks: Kakao (as in Kakao maps), and Uber. Kakao would require you to install the Kakao taxi app. You can see if it takes foreign cards. There is also another one called International Taxi network, they specifically are able to speak English and Japanese...

Yeah, the Germans and their data protection, which is why there is no Google street view for Germany, and they still like to use cash. You won't be able to by Namane card either as their self service kiosks would be closed at that time, but you could book the express train to Seoul directly on...
