Have you tried selecting networks manually?

With Optus not Telstra but I had the same thing happen. Started chat with Optus and they said it would be adjusted when the bill was issued. It worried me as I had hundreds of dollars charged but they all disappeared when the bill was calculated.

As much as I disagree with running to the media for every inconvenience I think in this instance it would be warranted. This was not an isolated incident affecting one person but 50+ people with a blatant disregard for passengers and their rights.

Not food related but I would suggest having “bags within a bag” put the essentials for one nappy change in a large snap lock bag (nappy, nappy sack, wipes etc) and a complete change of clothes in another snap lock. It’s easier to grab the smaller bags when heading to the toilets than trying to...
