Hang on, I thought you were going to renew our security certificate?

Doh ... trying to online checkin today:

;)

It works if you try again after getting the error, but surely somewhere in the QF bureaucracy someone might have had a task to keep an eye on this kind of thing.
I can imagine some people may find it somewhat offputting.

I don't know if this is related, but I was swapping (trying to) flight dates for booked flights yesterday and kept getting "unable to process try again later" type error whenever trying to charge AMEX or VISA.

I had to change a flight for today - move it out a month due to work travel Monday, so rung QF. They too couldn't process my AMEX however on 2nd attempt on VISA managed to get the charge processed.

Yeah, saw that on Friday. Appears that new certs have not been loaded to all servers that require them.

BTW, Cert management isn't a simple task in a complex environment. It is easy to overlook some renewals and/or getting the certs onto all servers that use them for a number of reasons.

Such are the benefits of having an enterprise service to manage certificates, with decent reporting :)

Haha. Funny that. We do have one. It's ensuring that techs internally don't do stupid things that is the difficult bit mainly. Oh, and ensuring said service does issue the right certs ;)

I have this problem when logging into my QFF account, but it only happens sometimes!

Very bad form, from a Big business!

Wow, so it's almost a week now and still happening...
Even if it's not that easy, surely they could be on top of it by now?
I guess they have plenty of other concerns atm!
