How long does it take to transfer points from Mycard to Velocity

Yes, I have been checking daily and as I type this, the balance is still 0.

Points arrived into Velocity account today. I think autoredemption was on 15th October, 7 days ago.

I wonder if a manual transfer would be any quicker than autoredemption?

I should be receiving my sign-up bonus next statement and ideally I'm hoping for a promotion for x% bonus points.

I'd be happy to turn off autoredemption until a promo comes up.

I set up autoredemption around 20th August, so missed that months sweep. Points swept out on 15th of sepember yet still haven't hit my Velocity account one month later. MyCard have told me I have to wait 28 BUSINESS DAYS before I can raise an investigation.....sigh

I'm in the same boat, my points swept out on the 15/9 have not hit my velocity account yet.

EDIT: Looks like my points for October weren't swept out either, even though it still says auto redemption is on. Strange.

From your experiences, when is the sign-up bonus usually awarded?

Is it usually credited when the statement is issued for the month in which you meet the minimum spend requirement, or does it arrive at some point within 2–3 months of meeting the requirement?

I've already met my spend criteria but the final transaction which pushed me over didn't clear in time before the statement was issued.
