I think they are meant to be like XiaoLongBao, but with little to no soup inside.
The skin/wrapping was not too bad. Filling was dry.

Probably a good thing! The soup can be extremely hot in the xiao long bao, and for the uninitiated, the liquid can squirt all over the place!

Even Qantas refers to anything as a "Refreshment", especially if you're on a Dash 8


Or even on an upcoming business class flight, it's a mystery offering

I had the roast beef finger sandwiches on QF549 BNE-SYD and a small pie on QF550 SYD-BNE
The flight home i made sure to eat something in the lounge.
Both too small to waste taking a photo.

At 7am - no, just coffee and muffin.

Not fried.
Came with soya sauce.
Had mini fork inside box.
