Signed up to this last week. Not expecting much but with 40+ nights a year in Sofitels it hopefully gives an extra avenue to vent

There was an earlier variant in 2020 called “ALL Insiders” run by a market research mob called Cspace. I dabbled in it then abandoned. They wanted a lot of personal info, and I recall a couple of strange focus group type interactions. I guess you call that discreet gatherings and bespoke attentions. The promises were vague, like this
