Amex Platinum $200 "Dining credit" towards a list of Global Restaurants

Thanks for the tip about the Savings tab. I've never seen that and realised I missed out on one last year.

Last week I did have a nice meal at Mr Wong (Sydney), $200 benefit appeared one business day later.
 
Had a nice Japanese meal at Cho Cho San in Sydney Potts point last week. Credit came in a couple of days later
 
Apologies if its contained somewhere in this 17 page thread, but as somebody considering applying for the Platinum Charge card, does anybody now what (f anything) the $400 dining credit that finishes at the end of the year, is going to be replaced with? I'm guessing they're not going to reduce the annual free by $400!!

It’s unknown.

However, the previous few years they have extended the expiry by 12 months. Effectively granting another year of the benefit.

History may not be a good guide to the future of course.
