I book stuff myself where possible. Use an agent if it isn't possible to do myself.

See, I really like doing all this research myself. It's part of the fun. I'm a researcher by occupation and it has stuck. Haven't had great experiences with TA's to be honest and don't want to take the time now to cultivate a relationship with one.
