Did you receive 2 points/$ for your online transactions?

All my transactions that have posted only received 1 point/$ whether online or not

I’ve only been getting 1PPD for online

Well, my backlog has now posted and... it's weird (as is the timing it must be said).

Qantas and Binge - both online - posted at 2ppd, but other transactions conducted online like Coles Online (hint NAB - look at the name!), Pernod Ricard and Melbourne Airport only got 1PPD.

Seems some online transactions are 2 points, other only 1.
SQ $5.5k spend = 11k points
Felix mobile $25 spend = 25 points

makes no sense, both online

Yeah - my recent Amazon AU order (who are the very definition of an online retailer) posted at 1PPD...

Makes me just want to ditch the card, too many unknowns. Any suggestions of better earn rate for velocity?

I'm still on FFFL, so will hang onto it. But while the Citi points crediting was opaque, it got it right, unlike NAB.

(I'm keeping my nose clean to try and get an Amex Qantas Ultimate as a long term keeper because the earn rate is much better and the travel credit offsets the annual fee. But I suspect we'll see a lot of benefits of cards go in the next little while, particularly if the RBA sticks to its guns.)

Has anyone received their Qantas points from their FFL card? Citibank usually credits points into my QFF account between 24-26th of each month and I havent received any points QFF points as of today.

A few months ago, when NAB moved QF Money to the new online banking platform (which I believe is the same underlying white-label product as MyCard), there was a ~10 day delay on QFF points posting.

It returned to normal in the next statement cycle, but people reported getting a $100 statement credit for complaining to QF Money. You could try the same thing ... it's probably the same call centre!
