Have QF stopped flying to HNL on their own metal? I can only find JQ flights listed on the QF web site.

What dates, its not a daily service?

And when you do find the Q flights on the 767, if in Y the second row exit seats 35 J/K are the ones to get.

How far in advance are you looking? I picked some random dates and I can still find it later on this year.

OK, thanks all. Didn't realise that it was not daily. I was picking specific days. I'll tick the 'flexible on date' option and see what comes up.

I thought for a moment it was a sign of the spread of the Orange Cancer!

Ageing QF metal operates QF3 outbound & QF4 inbound from HNL... departures on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday at the moment...

Hawaiian also flies Aus to HNL, and sometimes you can get a good sale fare with Air NZ via AKL.

Yes, I've flown one the int configured 763s on a dom leg in J.

My most recent visit to Hawaii was in Y+/J- on JQ... not great, but OK. The trip before that to HNL (maybe 4-5 years ago?) was on the 767ER, complete with the old CRTs hanging from the roof in the aisles, and the big RGB projector up front. They showed 'The Bucket List' on some kind of continuous loop. I couldn't sleep and had to endure the thing about 4 times. It was possibly the worst flight I have ever taken! :D I'm off there again later in the year, and I hope to god they at least have seat-back IFE now??? If not, they have also invented tablets since.. :)

The 763s have iPads with QStreaming :).
