Advice on champagne

Yet another example of how we are being exploited in Australia with companies deciding on a price by using pricing strategies determined by the amount they think Australians will pay.

Not helped by the 29% Wet tax

It could get worse if the GST goes from 10% to maybe 15%. These are the good old days so enjoy them like there is no tomorrow.

English grocers certainly do help the UK champagne drinkers. Here we are trying to buy some pounds for 0.55 so I can get started on some English points earning credit card this year. Buying champagne looks like a points opportunity.

Good luck with that. ANZ is selling GBP at 0.5189. I need to buy some yen.

Sorry mods - I've gone OT.

I just don't have a spare $330 lying around unfortunately :(
AMEX mate - 12 x BC<$50 bott + 450 KF pts - gotta love that

Edit: RACV Shop only accepts Visa - so Select will earn aprox 66.5KF pts per bot @ $50 - I bought a doz so $660 will earn me 877KF pts.

Thanks roger for alerting us - Dan's email did appear in my inbox shortly after you posted - IMHO this is a great deal - Billecart Salmon for sub $50 does not come along every day.
