We're looking at options for BNE to HNL (return) in April. I've heard you can sometimes purchase an upgrade from Y to J during OLCI. Has anybody had experience of this, and does anyone have any thoughts on the prospects?

Is there much difference in Y between Hawaiian and JetStar ?

Hi, I was quite interested in this as well, did some digging on hawaiian airlines, and looks like you can purchase upgrades if available 24 hours before flight using OLCI. Cost is $550-$700 depending on peak/off-peak. Can't link but if you google hawaiian airlines upgrade it'll be one of the top links.

Cool, thanks. Think we'll be spending $700 each :).
