A somewhat curly question. Through work, I currently have access to a limited time (5 day) offer to book domestic flights, for leisure travel only, at a discounted rate - accessed with a code. On flights I'm interested in it's abut 20-25% cheaper than what's currently on offer. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with such Corporate offers and being able to call up and book such a flight and use a voucher for payment???

Interesting offer....can you please post a copy of the email? Never had anything on my corporate account.

There is no email unfortunately. Offered directly via intranet at my workplace and a code needs to be entered when making the booking.

How/when do you enter the code? On the website or by phone. If by phone might best to call and ask a CSA if they can do both.

Entered on the website, for interests sake this is the link to the booking engine that we've been instructed to use to access the offer.

I might just give them a call, explain the situation and see how I go.

To use a gift voucher you need to enter into the booking engine using the voucher reference. The question would be whether you can enter the discount code as well. I don't have a current voucher to test with.
