First time into QFF First Lounge - what to expect

JQ is still very much 3 hours, max.

Noreen, when you get to the lounge, go to the spa first to book a treatment, as they can get busy. Then go and enjoy a bite and a drink while you wait.

Oh, and Enjoy!

This is not correct. I flew JQ3 in August and I asked at the service desk where to queue and the lady told me to join the big queue and any agent would check me in. This was about 3.5 hours before departure.

That is as long as there is an earlier flight queue to join. If there is only one flight then it is 3hrs.

Definitely an exception to the rule. Every JQ INT flight i've taken has been more like T-2.75 as the agents saunter out at around T-2.90 and take their sweet time in setting up their terminals.

If only QF could check us in for them. Jetstar, a member of the Qantas Group (when it suits them).
