What SC''s when i upgrade from flexi?

Hi there.

If i upgrade a flexi fare to business using points what SC's do i get? Do i get the flexi equivalent or do i get the business equivalent?

You get the status in line with the original booked class - i.e. Flexi ...

Funny enough, last week I upgraded with points Bris > Sydney, and today have 40 SC! So I got the biz SCs for the price of a Flexi. Does it make any difference that I am a Platinum ??

You would hope that someone at VA would already be aware of it, I'd suggest its probably just somewhere toward the bottom of a very long list.
