I need to return a wireless dongle on my way out of LHR from T3. The Heathrow website indicates there is a postage box after security but notes that parcels cannot be posted from there. Has anyone had any experience with this? Alternatively has anyone ever asked the BA/QF F lounge at LHR to put something in their outgoing mail?

Advice appreciated. Cheers.

Is it TEP? I ended up having to post it back from Australia!

Yep, its a TEP dongle. Did you end up having to post it back from Australia because you couldn't find somewhere to post it from LHR?

It just got too hard. Our flight in from Europe was delayed because of thunderstorms so I just thought it easier to spend a few dollars when I got home.

We were in transit so if LHR is your start point you should be fine.

TEP is excellent though, we never had any issues once we actually received it. Travelled all through GB, France, Spain and Italy.

No parcels... So you are unlikely to get away with posting it airside. There is a post office in one terminal before immigration. Check the Heathrow website for details.

I can't think of any airside ways to get a package shipped. Perhaps others have bright ideas.

Note a lounge is unlikely to accept such a task for "security" reasons.
