Gold Card as Boarding Pass

We always check in at QF business counter, this time on my own with just a carry on, just checked in online for both the Qantas domestic & international flights, question is, does this mean I can use my QFF gold card at boarding gate or do i still need the printed ones?.

Yes, gold card fine for Dom even if you have printed the BP.

At domestic I've noticed the cards are much slower though. And then to top it off you must wait for the printed docket. The phones are even worse - how often do you see a person attempting a phone-scan pulled aside?

I use my phone regularly and not had any issues, takes a couple seconds longer, but has worked every time?

me too. never an issue with the phone boarding pass in passbook on my iPhone.
