Well Clive's election ads have started up here on TV.

But our local wit had it right-Now Clive has to sell a PUP as the Slipper wouldn't fit.

BTW personally I used to enjoy the 100km of dirt track that I used to drive regularly, where the only radio reception was lawsy.

My barber had Laws sort of permanently on. He was occasionally entertaining, once you got past the horrendous commercialism.

What I really detest in radio talkers are those who are shooting a line of polemic. One-eyed views are not worth listening to IMHO. People who have constructed cages for themselves and want others to join them.

Don't ask me which side initiated it, but how could Clive allow the name of Slipper to be associated with his new party?? Ok it might have circumnavigated some electoral requirement but what death at the ballot box to even have his name within a bull's roar of his Clive for Canberra effort, even if it is a bit half baked...

Ho! Just realised that on Budget night, I'll be approaching Tonopah, NV - ie in the waaaaaay back blocks of Nevada.

Anyone beating that for getting as far away as possible from Tuesday night's train crash?

It's ok I will go to Sydney to help save that crumbling economy by being a consumer.
I hope Wayne has not dreamt up an "arrivals tax" for when you return from offshore.
Last year Wayne used a wrong growth figure to frame his figures so if he uses zero growth figure for this budget he might make up a tad of his big misses.
Five wrong in five years is going to be great stuff for economics history.

What a complete and utter waste of everyone's time, maybe a plan for the next 15 weeks would be more appropriate

Yes, asboslute load of tripe, and not only the time and effort put in by everyone, but how many trees do you think died to print this load of rubbish out that will be irrelevant in very short order or did they use common sense and just shift to a printable PDF of it??? There must be cheaper ways to end up with a bunch of door stops??

And did you see that pic of Wayne on the front of the Oz yesterday?? With a sort of dullard-ish smirk on his face... How those around him can resist from trying to smack it off him i don't know???
