A QF Competition Worth Winning !!

Twenty five words or less ... hate those types of subjective competitions - read and archived it yesterday.

Tempted to enter - timing is not great though due to school holidays...

Have also submitted an entry. Have had a pretty good run with QF competitions recently (lunch at Rockpool). Here's hoping for a continuation of that good luck!

I'll be somewhere else in the world, the timing is wrong, and it would cost me a lot of money to take the trip.

Looks like a fantastic prize - good luck to all!

"What excites you about the Qantas and Emirates partnership?"

A bit of lingual insertion into facial pocket here, but:

"I'm excited the change in routings/timetables means I'm going to fly CX-Europe and enjoy the HKG F lounge more often"

Think I have any chance of winning a trip to Dubai?

Shrek "I can't go to DXB that weekend, even if you win, prior commitments blah blah blah"
Me "Tough luck, I"ll be phoning a friend then" :p

Also, considering the email is from Lesley (FYI - her and I are BFFs since the Rockpool lunch :p) I am assuming that my entry will land directly on her desk, leaving the rest of the 9.1m QFFs with no chance! ;)

Similar to the recent Captain's Choice trip to South America competition where you had to state in 25 words or less who you wanted to sit next to on your next Qantas flight and why. I said the Platinum Shadow and didn't win .

Red Roo do you want to enlighten us on what the winning entry said? So we can get a feel for what the judges consider to be a creative entry....

Surely it has an element of random selection. For example, with this competition, entries close on the 20th and the winner is contacted on the 21st. I doubt all of the entries actually get read and judged.

Remember all the CBs who wouldn't dream of entering as it would mean they'd have to fly!;)

Mr Pushka is not available but this is such an incredible prize that I think even my 23 year old son would fly with me.

No, sorry. That would be me. :).
