Unable to logon to Velocity

I get this error trying to log in today:

Failed to retrieve the member profile information.

Does anyone else get the same?

There are definitely gremlins afoot. Last night I tried to book a flight and used the 'flexible with dates' option. Everything after the date I'd chosen was 'unavailable'.

I was able to log on to Velocity no problems about 30 minutes ago.

Able to log-in fine, BUT there has been a *noticeable* slow down in the authentication process (ie once I hit 'login') since the changeover....

I've had this several times recently as well. very frustrating!

I have not had a problem with the Virgin site since sabre was introduced when others have had all sorts of issues.

A very strange setup.
