JQ1 Sat 02/03

Upon arriving at the gate for JQ1 (SYD-MEL-HNL) on Saturday, there was a woman complaining to the gate agent about having booked on the QF site and ending up on a JQ flight. After another 5 mins of arguing she boarded begrudgingly and then proceeded to complain to the CSM onboard about ending up on a JQ flight. The CSM wasn't interested in this woman's complaint (now holding up the flight's departure) and promptly offloaded her. Guessing she was heading to MEL seeing as they didn't need to offload any checked bags.

Guess it's not just us AFF'ers annoyed by the QF site showing JQ flights...

And just what can the CSM do at this stage? You have to complain at the appropriate time but if you miss out then suck it up.

But it's just interesting to see it occur outside of AFF

Well if she was at the right terminal, she must have read some of the flight information then. Wonder if she skipped over the JQ flight number (this is assuming she was only doing the domestic leg only)
