Hi all,

I've been trying to suss out some possible domestic JASA status run options, and for the last couple of weeks if I try to use the multi-city tool, with more than two airports, I get the following message.

We are unable to process your request. Please try again.

I contacted customer service via the website and got the following response:

"Thank you for your e-mail.

Enquiries relating to fare quotes and new reservations cannot be answered via email.

We suggest you call Qantas Contact Centres for assistance as they are able to examine all possible variables to meet your requests.

Qantas Contact Centres Australia on 131313 (24 hour service), or if outside Australia, please refer to the link below for your local Qantas office."

Has anyone had this problem recently? I never had it before. If I use the tool to quote MEL-SYD-MEL it works fine, but if I try something as simple as MEL-SYD-ADL-SYD-MEL it all goes pear-shaped. I would rather avoid calling up as I don't necessarily want to book right away and want to be able to compare a few options.

Thanks

Not had an issue with pricing JASA's via multiple cities, but wasn't aware there was a multi city tool?

Thanks for the quick response. It could be my terminology, but from Award Bookings I select Multi-City.

Of course, despite many times of this not working, when I went off to grab some screen shots for you it actually for the first time in recent searches worked for me. I think I might have narrowed it down to the page not liking the multiple city routing over a single day, as once I changed it to flying out Saturday and returning Sunday it has advised me of suitable flights.

Yep only 2 flights allowed per day. You can however change the dates as you select each flight. ie select you Saturday flights, then on the Sunday flight change the date to Saturday, select flight, change date of the next Sunday flight. etc.

Thanks for the confirmation and the tip medhead, that will come in handy. Much appreciated.
