First time SG thanks to the step by step thread " how to book a JASA ...." by markis10
As someone with limited travel but heaps of points (large CC spend) I am now able to attain a decent status with minimal financial outlay. Of all the collective wisdom shared on this forum I believe so far this thread to me most beneficial to myself. I have just landed in Vegas for a convention and I flew from Central Qld - BNE - MEL to try the A380 "J" for the first time. I would have to say in future I would be happy to fly direct from BNE as I didn't find the A380 to be as good as I imagined it might be. Flying home QF16 upper deck on the 747. Thanks again for everyone's shared wisdom. CM  Doing it tough at Mandalay Bay !!

It is interesting now that they have/are refurbing all of the 744s with A380 J seats whether there is any real difference between the 744 and A380 - I imagine some will prefer the 744 for nostalgia (or fear of "scarebus") whereas others (like me) want shiny and new!

Good work on the SG - now for you to work on hotel status ;)

Hi markis10, I would be very interested to read your information as well. Could you tell me where to find that post?

Thanks in advance TQ
