Phew, for a moment there I read something different in the first line - not sure Mrs LW is into swapping - and from the sounds of it, I couldn't afford Mrs GPH

We didn't drink any today - can you believe nobody wanted to drink Champagne?? Looks like I'll take it down the Gold Coast on Sunday for our drinking pleasure NYE.

After re gifting about 20 bottles of decent alcohol from last year, and using up a massive collection of various spirits we had at 3 parties we put on this week...I have been given again about 20 bottles of various stuff.
You would think our friends and family would know by now...that we don't drink!!!!!!

Nope, can't believe it all. Went through a bottle of Clover Hill NV bubbles on Christmas Eve, and finished off a bottle of Moet and a bottle of Pol on Christmas Day. Next champers: Flounge tomorrow.

Now, if it were that Perrier Jouet cough (IMNSHO) you were offering, then I'd believe it!!

(I'm sure others like/love it, but Perrier Jouet just doesn't do it for me. Too yeasty)

Did take a bottle to dinner with friends last night and it went down very nicely. I was rationed to 1.5 glasses as I was driving (Dayboro back to home is 40 mins) and whilst we didn't see an RBT, we did go through a speed van.

Not sure what part of Melbourne you're in, but there is a wholesale open to the public wine/spirits/specialty warehouse in Assembly Drive, Tullamarine which I recall seeing there a while ago. Also a couple of the big ethnic supermarkets has them...Piedemonte's and Meditterano from memory

I saw your high level of optimism by prepaying for a Hilton room. Could be good thinking where you get the best room in the joint.
Instead I bought shares in an insurance company so that I could invest it till its all gone attitude.
