Quick TRS Walkthru required please

I guess based on the previous post the TRS counters are not so busy on afternoons.

I will be leaving ~3:45pm on Christmas Day and I don't want to miss out on claiming the GST this time.

I recommend taking your bank account number with you to TRS - if they 'refund' to a points-earning credit card, you'll generally lose points

I always get the refund put onto my 28 Degrees card for that reason

Ok I need an update for Melb airport TRS.
1. Is it open 24hrs? Does not say?
2. I will have a JBHIFI receipt saying maybe purchased via gift cards....is this an issue? No issues.
3. No box just item and receipt? No not required
4. Do they give cash or do I tell them bank account number? Yes or credit card(do they swipe it?)
5. Will the que be long at 12pm?
6. Do I need to declare on return?
