Baggage Allowance BA codeshare on QF metal

On a BA ticketed itinerary such as:

BNE-SYD BA code/QF metal Y
SYD-x/SIN-LHR BA code/BA metal WT+
LHR-CDG BA code/BA metal Y

Would the WT+ allowance be applicable for the QF metal flight? BA also specifies up to 32kg per piece for QF WP's and other pax on the same PNR - specifically would this apply on the QF metal flight?

i THINK the BA allowance will apply for the whole itinerary as they are the MSC.

BA gives extra allowance to QF elites - this obviously applies on BA metal, but would it apply on QF metal?
