Does anyone know what restrictions TT had to comply with which the other airlines did not?

They had limits on movements and fleet size, going from 32 to 38 flights early in the year.

Doesn't bother me either, haven't ever flown with them and never will!

Fortunately, JQ's advanced safety management allow their flight crews make errors without any restrictions whatsover.

As an outsider to the industry I'm not really capable of judging how these sort of incidents compare to what led to the Tiger grounding - but it is a bit concerning.
