Customs - fast clearance in Singapore Changi & Kuala Lumpur budget airport

Does anybody know who can facilitate a fast customs clearance [meet & greet at inbound gate or as in Kuala Lumpar on the tarmac] in Singapore Changi & Kuala Lumpar budget airports?
With or without airport transfers.

It took me 18 minutes from gate to car at Changi two days ago and that include having get immigration card I can't imagine it being any faster. I booked a transfer via the Viator service who use Tour East.

Can't help you with Kuala Lumpar sorry.

KL is the pits,we waited over 30 mins on the tarmac in the sun just to get inside the terminal and join the [push] que - a bit of a wake up when we had 1 a & 1b flat beds 5 mins before

You could look at Jetquay in Singapore. They'll meet you at the gate and take you to a private lounge for immigration processing. I'm not sure it would be any faster than passing through immigration at the main checkpoints.

Changi aim to have you in your hotel room in the city within an hour of landing, I don't think I have ever taken longer, I would not bother with any fast track service.

I don't think there is such a thing as 'Slow Customs Clearance' at Changing.

Unless you have 13 broken legs just head to Arrivals hall and you will be through and collecting baggage before you can blink.

By the way, the budget terminal at Changi is now closed for rebuilding so all flights arrive/depart at one of the main terminals.

Not at KL budget if a couple of flights arrive together - and maybe early morning or night!
