Which OneWorld lounge to use at LHR T3?

I apologise in advance if this is a dumb question but which lounge would people recommend for a 3-4 hour stopover in LHR's T3? I should be there between 6am and 9:30am. I'm connecting to a BA flight (in Club Europe) in T3 from an international flight (from another terminal).

The joint QF/BA J lounge is probably your best bet.

With three to four hours I would first try the CX lounge as I haven't been there. I wouldn't try the AA lounge at all. Next stop would be the BA/QF lounge.

Tried CX twice - unimpressed but it was two years ago and have only used joint BA/QF lounge since.

It was refurbed a little while ago - just not sure how long. I haven't used it since the refurb so would be tempted with along layover to explore.

The 1st time only J and 2nd was after F lounge was completed - it is small and no windows - at least in BA/QF J there is space and windows.

IMO The CX F Lounge is stark, cold and uninspiring. Plenty of windows, poor selection of food but noodles to order.
If I have a long layover in T3 ( reasonably often due to poor weekend schedules ex-GLA), I spend my time in the Galleries F and shop up a storm outside. Never been to the AA lounge
Hoping to be on VS the next time I'm over there and check out The Clubhouse

Based on experience of the AA F(lagship) lounge at T3, I would definitely be using the BA Galleries J lounge ahead of the AA (J) Admirals Club. Cannot comment on CX.

If you are after a shower though, be sure to head to the AA lounge. The showers there are very nice (I've on several occasions been informed that they're sorry the Flagship Lounge was closed, but I was offered the normal AC; I mentioned I was just there for the shower and the desk staff were nicer than those at BA and I got a friendly giggle and smile, and was shown to the showers). Then, just head on back to the BA lounge.

The OW J lounges are all cough at T3 but the least worst is probably the BA one (which at the time you're flying shouldn't be overflowing with those on SIN, BKK, MEL and SYD night flights).
