Today was my saddest moment with EDR. I filled my car to the nearest litre in order to maximise my next fill up.
How is that sad? 15c a litre off or 7.5 pts a litre sounds fair to me.Today was my saddest moment with EDR. I filled my car to the nearest litre in order to maximise my next fill up.
I'm sadder, I've done the same and it overflowed, thus negating the extra 2 points gained with fuel on the groundToday was my saddest moment with EDR. I filled my car to the nearest litre in order to maximise my next fill up.
This is what I do too - maximises your points!I fill to the first click, the top up (round up) to the next whole litre. Nothing wrong with it!
I only have a 38 litre tank which severely impacts my point earning capacity
I doubt that getting a new car with a bigger tank to earn extra points will fly with Mr Natalie!
And that would be a good thing.I only have a 38 litre tank which severely impacts my point earning capacity![]()
I think buying a car with a bigger fuel tank to be able to earn more QFF points would just about take the cake....I doubt that getting a new car with a bigger tank to earn extra points will fly with Mr Natalie!
Who else drives their partner crazy with the low fuel warning light/warning sound with the excuse "we won't run out, I just need to get it as empty as possible for the x cent per litre offer"?

I think therapy may be in order. What if I said that I would pay for it with my cc that earns 1.5 pts per dollar?I'm shaking my head at myself for even suggesting it!

I pay for Woolies gift cards on EDRCC to get 5% off.
At the Woolies Caltex I scan the EDR and then pay with the Wish gift Card.
This procedure changed how and who I deal with as I switched from Shell and an Amex Ultimate plus Fly Buys to Woolies Caltex. I think I am getting a pretty good deal.
