Hi Guys,

I'm new to SQ and * so be gentle. I'm trying to book an online ff ticket for 2 adults and 2 kids from PER to DPS but get a message that this is backtracking. Is there a way of doing this or do i have to do 2 separate bookings. I'm really hoiping I can get 4 J saver tickets on 31 May and return 5 Jun.

How many points is this?

Optimistic I know but given the taxes seem huge it seems like the only "reasonable" usage

I've had a similar issue trying to book a redemption from HAN - MNL, SQ say that it backtracking. From memory it was to do with the Zones. In the end I need to book two separate tix. Also from memory, the taxes weren't too different, but the miles were much higher.

As always, it is worth at least two separate calls to the call centre and maybe paying the extra miles if you can get an understanding CSO.
