Can anyone tell me how I got to be a junior member? It's a nice feeling as a Senior Cit. And can anyone tell me how to get the site to recognise my efforts to load an avatar.

The title 'Junior Member' relates to the number of posts you have.

1-9 posts - New Member
10-99 posts - Junior Member
100-999 posts - Member
1000 - 4999 - Established Member
5000 - 999 posts - Senior Member
10000 + posts - Posting Enthusiast

The Avatar needs to be an image of not more than 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
