The T-24 mark has come & gone. I have no option on either QF or BA to OLCI.

Tickets are BA with the first flight on QF metal (BNE-SYD) as a codeshare - I have credited all points to my QFF account.....I can see the booking on both web sites but neither one wants to play.

Since it's a BA ticket I rang their hot line and was advised that I need to OCLI the first sector with QF and then the balance on BA site - once the T24 marks is reached for each subsequent sector.

The first BA sector is BA10 tomorrow therefore, T-24 mark is 17.35 this afternoon.....I shall test this theory.

Should I be able to complete OLCI for the first sector? Is there a reason why I can't?

Thanks

I only have experience the other way round, QF flight numbers on BA metal and I have always been able to do online check in. Lately I don't really bother with online check in as long as I have my seat requests in there.

I'm the same - but my mum decided to join us after we booked therefore, she is on a different PNR than us. I've had all sorts of issues with BA trying to get her an allocated seat & although they have promised me the F cabin is not over booked I want to see for myself.

14 seats is not that many. Very frustrating.

Parents... :D

Once 5:35 comes around maybe you can try to check in for the long haul, see if that works.

Just called QF - apparently, because it's a BNE-SYD-LHR no OLCI due to baggage check through.....that at least makes some sense.

Why couldn't the BA (Bombay) customer service team tell me that!
