I'm used to QF flights crediting anywhere from same day (occasionally) to next day (mostly) to the following day (occasionally). Just wondering what the typical time lapse (if there is such a thing) is for DJ points/SCs to credit. Thanks.

Yes I'm interested in this. My last flights took two to three days to post, is this normal? No big deal of course I'm just used to QF points posting within 24 hours.

Yes I've found around 48 hours to be the average, however I have had some flights take up to approx 96 hours to credit. I've not seen anything appear for 2x flights on Saturday and one on Sunday yet.

24-48 hours for VA/DJ. For partners .. well, how long is a piece of string?

Don't forget that Virgin was upgrading their computers over the weekend.

This may explain the delay.

Good point. Thanks all for the replies, I was wondering why nothing had credited yet for my Sat/Sun flights. I'll be patient. :)

I'm in the same boat as many others - still waiting for credits to rattle through for a flight taken on Monday, but then again, there's nothing unusual about that as this is only the third day after the flight.

Here's hoping the SCs for the three flights I have on Friday rattle through quickly enough so I might get my Gold card by the second week of December ^_^

Safe flying,

CB

And still waiting as of this morning at 10:34 for Monday arvo's flight.

I assume this is common?

Must be something up from the weekend, Still waiting for Sunday afternoon flight myself

Mine also, still waiting on those from my two flights on Saturday however. Strange.

My Saturday morning and Sunday evening have been credited, however this weekend puts me at 220 status credit. I know that Velocity is bumping the Silver requirement up to 250 status points, however the small print does point out that is does remain at 200 till the end of the year. The velocity site is saying I am still a member and I need another 30 credits. Will my silverness process automatically, at some point? Anyone know how long that takes to process?

If your SC's posted today, then the bump up to silver will likely take place overnight tonight.

+1. My sample size is only 2 flights, but my flights (activity date according to website) were on 15th and 17th whilst processing dates were 17th Nov and 19th respectively. They were showing when I checked on 21st (AM).

Not expecting to see the double SC's until after the promo period

It seems I still did not fly my four legs last weekend :!:

Indeed! Of my four from the weekend (3 Saturday and 1 Sunday) only the Sunday one has credited (overnight/today) so far, and that was the one where DJ cancelled my flight and rebooked me on a later one (not complaining about that mind you, it resulted in a reseating from row 3 to row 1). :)

I imagine the others will appear in due course, but it would be nice to to be able to tick them off and not have to keep checking to ensure they've posted.

It seems last Saturday is an issue then, because my flights from last Saturday have not credited yet either.

Edit: the flights are showing up in my completed flights in the bookings page of velocity rewards, so not really sure what is going on here

Ditto......

Ditto......

Ditto. 6 days and counting!

(Normal average for me is 2 days, sometimes up to 4 - so something has gone wrong).

I wonder if it's a side-effect of their IT upgrade that was occurring over the weekend.
