Hi Mr straitman,

I am not rostered to be there on the Saturday 19th Nov, but will try to drop in as I would love to see the FF team again. Thank you for the link - I will watch it with interest! I love the environment you all create with the enthusiasm for flying, and share in the adventures.

Once again, please call on me again to assist in any way as it would be our pleasure. I would also love to hear your feedback about our new menu...

The thread suggests that tupekestar will be at the CBR DJ lounge a little before you guys land.

Thx DGW and swanning_it for the lists of travellers. I'm up to CBR (from MEL) on an 0830 flight and lunching with a friend, so hope to see plenty of the rest of you at the DJ lounge in CBR however briefly (or at least sprinting through the terminal to make the connection :shock before we all make our way to SYD-ADL for a hopefully luvverly dinner at Gauchos (I assume we still have a booking there)?

Not sure I can trust myself...may get thirsty between the lounge and the gate!

Actually, if it looks like you'll be 'in time', if someone texts me from the plane/gate, I'll line a few up for you (assuming there is no RSA rule that prevents me from doing so).

And if we don't have time for the blondes, as you are boarding, if we havn't shown yet, please drop the entire contents of you overnight bag right at the boarding gate, and take a lot of time to regather yourself. Then if need be, do it again. We'll be along shortly.. (they may end up leaving you behind, thinking the aforementioned blondes have had their way).

I did not login to the site.

I simple went to Online Checkin from the VA home page and checked in for each flight separately.

It worked fine. (At about 1900)

40 minutes on the phone with Virgin. The error messages I got are a known problem which has apparently been resolved! Person I was talking to couldn't tell me what I needed to do to fix it for me. He did suggest I try to check in on a different computer.

Dug out a very old computer, blew the dust off, connected everything, et voila!

Now to try to work out why I'm having so many computer issues lately...

I'm thinking I might drop into town and check out the Tutankhamun exhibition seeing it only has a cpl of weeks left. Will check ticket situation tomorrow. But instead may just find a comfy seat in the lounge and sleep Two big days of flying coming up!
