I've got a 7 hour wait at BKK coming up in September and flying with Thai/Lufthansa business class from SYD-LHR, so which is the best Royal Silk lounge to use? From what I can understand, there are four to choose from;

  • Royal Silk Lounge at Concourse D, Level 3
  • Royal Silk Lounge at Concourse C - East, Level 3
  • Royal Silk Lounge at Concourse C - West, Level 3
  • Royal Silk Lounge at Concourse E - East, Level 3
Looking at the Thai website, the best would appear to be Royal Silk Lounge at Concourse C - West, as it has showers and slumber rooms (whatever they are?!?!). Any advice on this would be great!

Cheers.

Will be doing this in three days so will let you know then but I would heading to the one next to the spa. That way you can get a massage then relax.

I would be thinking of getting out if my layover was for 7 hours but that is just me.

Great, can't wait to hear the report! I'm interested on what a "Slumber room" is, so if you are able to find out that'd be much appreciated!

I'll be arriving on TG, but unfortunately leaving on LH, and according to the website, you have to actually be leaving on TG to use the spa service so I may miss out :(
