I want to fly PER-SIN-FRA-JFK (no stopovers) paying for PER-SIN-FRA legs on my credit card & redeeming Krisflyer points for the FRA-JFK leg, is it possible to link up these bookings so my baggage gets checked all the way thru to New York? or would I have to collect my bags clear customs & immigration then check back in for the FRA-JFK flight? If unable to check my bag thru to JFK the connection times between the flights is 2 hours, would this be suffient if I have to re-check in?

SQ should have no problem tagging your bags to final destination presuming they have interline agreement with the Frankfurt-JFK operating carrier (most major airlines they will).

Sorry forgot to mention all legs are flying SQ, so I'd assume that they will have no issues checking the bag all the way.

Should not be a problem. And you will be in a situation in that you have a high degree of protection for missed connection when travelling on separate tickets - in that FRA-JFK will be operated by the same aircraft that does SIN-FRA ..... so if SIN-FRA is running late it is highly likely that FRA-JFK will be as well.....
