Google flight updates

Reading on of the other posts I saw mention of SQ246 and I didn't know exactly which flight that was. I put just the flight details "sq246" into Google and it returned the results, the top result being the latest departure.

Departed: 11:30 PM, Arrived: 5:30 AM

Has anybody tried this for other airlines/situations :?:

I have often seen it show the day before for flights, seem to be around 3-4 hours behind however going to the flightstats site will show a more current result.

I just tried it on the google app on the iPhone for QF11 and it had the 28 Apr 2010 1:05PM flight.

QF456 returned info for yesterday's flight.

I tried it with some random QF numbers which returned results. SQ245 is currently winging its way BNE - SIN and it returns

Arrival time doesn't make sense. Not sure if they are saying SIN time or BNE time. If BNE time then it is going to be about 2 hours late. If SIN time then 4 hours late.

Its on time, schedule arrival is 7.30! Are you thinking pre northern hemisphere summer timetable?

Has worked as a connection to flightstats.com for at least 12 months.

Struggles with longer multi-leg flights, and also seems to work of GMT timezone as default.
