As part of Departures, I'd imagine it to be unlikely to stay open.
Also, I doubt there'd be too many takers to do double security just to use it.

I wonder what will happen with those that have paid membership?

Most people using that lounge these days are getting in with Priority Pass anyway, so I doubt this will have much of an impact.

Currently sitting at T3 prior to a Rex flight. Doubling the pain of being so close to the QF lounge and no access, is that the entire food court is closed for renovations, with the only options being a single bar with a queue a mile long, or a pre-made sandwich stand where I can pay $15 for the pleasure of eating a bland wrap made three days ago...

Strange that they opened a lounge in T3 in June this year, only to move out 5 months later.

maybe theyll keep it open. The T2 lounge stayed open the whole time with passholders filling it
