Looks like they've modified the deal and now all AMP Go customers can get the 2 points per $10 until 31 January 2027, not just those who got in before 31/5:

Yes the cost per point increases as interest rates rise.

I agree the points on offer aren’t super exciting, but if you were happy with 1point/$10 before the interest rate rise, then you should still be happy as the extra 1point/$10 is worth more than 0.25% pa in interest.
