Guys, I have a HSBC US account open and hopefully soon the US HSBC credit card.
Do I absolutely need the ITIN to build my credit history in the US? Or will simple use of the HSBC card start building it?
Also is it useful to still look into opening another American bank account will that help with future credit card applications and also if HSBC completely leave the US?
My plan right now is use HSBC card for the next 6 months, then get an AMEX US card, then want to look into Chase and Capital One.
