My question today had the operators and the quoted condition that when I double checked, was unsure if they complied with the precise wording of "Qantas operated" in case the condition/s of this promo is different to previous promos.

If you book a QF operated flight to LAX and QF involuntarily moves you to one operated by American Airlines you would be able to claim ORC. So long as you book a qualifying flight and don’t voluntarily change to one that doesn’t qualify you should be fine.

Yes, usually; if it’s an E90 or A220 then almost certain to be the same aircraft turning back to BNE.

Yes, system probably won’t let you book as a return though you can try.

No it won't. Tried multicity but system wouldn't let me. But if I did Mel-Bne-Cns, Cns-Bne-Syd as multicity booking, it will allow the 45 min transit in Cns...and I have to get back to Syd anyway...hmmm...

After several years purchasing gift vouchers for the cinema I’ve recently hit LTG.

As a result, I’m now planning to diversify the cinema chains I infrequent.

However, I’m considering taking out some insurance because our movie viewing plans next year may be easier if I keep the WP I->U benefit for one additional year.

To do this, I’m planning to switch from buying cinema gift vouchers to buying an actual movie ticket.

A couple of questions for regular movie goers (happy to accept PM responses):

1. At which cinemas are the lowest entry prices generally found for the most flexible screenings?

2. If at some later time I want to change the cinema, or the date of the movie etc, can that be done self-serve, or do you have to run the gauntlet with the cinema call centre?

I'll DM you, but for here:

Look at outback mining towns - open sky screenings are nice!

Cinema Call centre; self serve only allows you to change the date of the same screening (EDIT: that's a bum steer - see below) . I only use those with my Travel Agent who can change any aspect of the experience.

Qf only has CR+ available for direct in economy & business.
I saw there were CR business avail for Melb-Adl & Adl-Syd but it wouldn't allow me to book online.

Cinema Call centre; self serve only allows you to change the date of the same screening. I only use those with my Travel Agent who can change any aspect of the experience.

There’s actually a simple self-service ticket exchange method.

Yes. I’ve found that movie vouchers are only available for some screenings and this time around I’d like to be able to select any movie at any time.
