I'd recommend posting your question in the relevant DSC thread rather than here, however to directly answer your question, there's no hard and fast time for crediting DSC. It can take up to eight weeks after travel per QF's promo T&Cs, however in practice, it generally takes anywhere between a matter of a couple of days to a week or so. It also depends whether we're at the start of the promo period, or well into the swing of the promo period. Those that have travelled already during the current period have you already had the double credits applied? I read conflicting info it can take a few days to a few months.

Interesting, is it usually longer at the start of the promo period or longer into it?I'd recommend posting your question in the relevant DSC thread rather than here, however to directly answer your question, there's no hard and fast time for crediting DSC. If you’ve got Qantas points and are PC, MEL-xx_-SYD (usually CBR) on classic rewards is the cheapest way to rack up four QF/JQ sectors. If not, look for cheap connecting flights.Hi All,
I'm based overseas, however, I'm planning to be in Oz over the next 4-5 weeks (based in Melbourne). I need to get 4 QF flights as cheaply as possible, does anyone have any idea of how I can do this? It seems like a couple of day trips ex MEL are really expensive and I just wanted to see if for example I fly to CBR or HBA via a stopover it may be cheaper? Any help would be much appreciated.
If not, there’s possibly a run to CBR or SYD (?) via Albury (from memory). A return will be the 4x “squiggles”.If you’ve got Qantas points and are PC, MEL-xx_-SYD (usually CBR) on classic rewards is the cheapest way to rack up four QF/JQ sectors. If not, look for cheap connecting flights.
