Upgrade requests for bookings with mixed status

I am sure this question is addressed somewhere, but I cannot for the life of me find it.

If two PAX on a single booking make a reward upgrade request, and one is a bronze FF, and the other has Chairmans Lounge membership, are both in the queue for an upgrade at the CL level?

Provided they're on the same PNR as you indicate, yes.

It may be the case that you want the higher status pax to initiate the upgrade request, and I am pretty sure that all points will be debited from the requester's QFF balance
