In January this year US immigration stepped up it's entry requirements. and need to know about any criminal conviction (including drink driving). My husband (we're both Australian) had a dd conviction about 22 years ago. My question ...is there a time limit when such offenses are wiped from one's record and /or not worth mentioning. I understand a visa may be required as a worst case scenario.
Thanks for your replies.

22 years is a long time ago........ Some will say spill it all and some will say just go in and keep it to our self....

option two would seem the best but each to their own.....
